Week 1 – Dab

Week 1 of Eating with the Ecosystem

This week I was looking for: Mahogany Clams, Yellow Flounder, Swordfish, and Dab

Dab (from Cape Tip Seafoods). Grilled with salt pepper butter and chives. Served with a side of asparagus from the garden. Excited to talk to my local fishmonger about what was caught locally and let her know she will be seeing me all summer.
