SnailJoin us for our next Community Supper – An Evening of Necessities – Bread, Pasta, Cheese and Wine – at The Wine List in Hyannis. Want to learn how to make your own pasta? Come and watch Chef Stephen Skelton (formally of 902 Main) demonstrate just how easy it is and then taste the results. I have watched Stephen at the helm in the kitchen and it is inspiring, the last time I came home and made my kids slidders….. now we move on to pasta (very exciting). We will also be learning about and sampling organic wines, this is something that I have been curious about, and look forward to the folks at The Wine List to educate our minds and palate. Finally we are in the process of securing some locally made artisan cheeses, will post the details once they are have been determined…. the choices are amazing.

Hope to see you at the supper, this will be an informal affair, allowing us to mingle, (as in chit-chat) and taste great local foods. Also, remember to save the date, last Thursday of the month – we will plan more Community Suppers across Cape Cod.
