Eating with the Ecosystem – Eat like a fish

Starting this week, and continuing for the next 26 weeks, a number of Slow Food Cape Cod supporters along with 90 other people from across New England will be taking part in a citizen science project with Eating with the Ecosystem. This project will challenge all participants to locate and cook locally landed and sold fish species.
The aim of the project is to learn about the disparity between what is caught locally and what is in the market. Each week each participant will be provided with 4 different species to locate and purchase.

Follow along as we locate, purchase and prepare fresh local fish every week.


We will try to keep this blog up to date with not only my search and adventure, but also the other Cape Cod foodies looking for seafood.
